Unicoi board told of plans for Niswonger grant funds

ERWIN — Linda Irwin of the Niswonger Foundation told the Unicoi County Board of Education Thursday about the approximately $18 million grant the organization was recently awarded by the U.S. Department of Education and how it could impact regional high school students over the next few years.
